Information for Employers

Connect with the students and alumni of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, about 1,000 attended last Fall's Career Fair.

 


Participating employers will receive:

  • One 6' x 2.5' covered table with
    two chairs
  • Wireless internet connection (upon request)
  • Access to electrical outlet (limited number)
  • Company web site and/or email address link on the
    Career Fair web site
  • Lunch for up to two people (additional lunches may be purchased)
  • Opportunity for feedback through online survey
  • One campus parking per registration
  • Interview rooms
  • Hospitality/quiet workroom

(Employers registering after September 25th may not be listed on all printed materials)

Terms of Participation

To participate in the CDSE Career Fair, register and make payment by October 9, 2009. Space is limited. Employer registrations will be processed on a first come first served basis.

  • $75.00 Regular Registration Fee
    (until 10/9/2009)

Full payment must be received by Friday 10/9/2009

Payment (check, visa, or mastercard)

Once you have registered, you will be asked to download and print a registration form and send it to the University of Hawai'i Conference Center. Please mail or fax the form and payment to the address printed on the form.

Your registration is not confirmed until we receive your payment and registration form.

Parking

One parking pass will be provided to employers that are registered. Your parking pass will be mailed to you once we have received your payment. If you have any questions, contact our office at cdse@hawaii.edu or (808) 956-7007.

Additional Considerations

Due to space restrictions we encourage all employers to bring displays that will fit within the space allocated (table dimensions). To increase the visibility of your company, we suggest you bring promotional items that will attract students to your table.

We invite you to become a partner with CDSE in helping students to reach their full potential as future members of the professional workforce. Your donation will fund programs that enhance the awareness, exploration, experience and reflection of students in their life long career planning:

  • Scholarships in recognition of outstanding work ethics and contribution of students who work
  • Programs that assist students in connecting education with the world of work
  • Equipment and supplies needed for career fairs and other outreach activities

Donors will be recognized on our website, in our office, and at career fairs.

  • Director: $500 - $999
  • Coordinator: $100 - $499
