Information for Employers
What would a career fair
be without employers to share their experience with students? Connect with the students and alumni of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, nearly 900 attended the Fall Career Fair.

Participating employers will receive:
- One 6' x 2.5' covered table with
two chairs
- Wireless internet connection (upon request)
- Access to electrical outlet (limited number)
- Company web site and/or email address link
on the
Career Fair web site
- Lunch for up to two people (additional lunches may be purchased)
- Opportunity for feedback through online survey
- One campus parking per registration
- Interview rooms
- Hospitality/quiet workroom
Terms of Participation
To participate in this career fair, register and make payment as soon as possible. Space is limited. Employer registrations will be processed on a first come first served basis.
- $50.00 Early-Bird Registration Fee
(12/21/2007 - 1/15/2008)
- $75.00 Regular Registration Fee
(1/16/2008 - 1/31/2008)
Full payment must be received by January 31, 2008.

Employers who request recruiting services or use of electronic student database must meet the following standards:
- Positions must meet all state and federal labor standards.
- Employers must seek candidate to fill positions within their organization only.
- Multi-level marketing and independent contractors' recruitment positions within their own organization.
- CDSE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet our organization's policies.
Parking
One parking pass will be provided to employers that are registered. Your parking pass will be mailed to you once we have received your payment. If you have any questions, send an email to Jenny Chow at jennycho@hawaii.edu
If the employer packet with the parking pass should be mailed to someone other than the contact person listed on the registration, please provide us with a shipping address when you fill out the registration form.
Additional considerations
Due to space restrictions we encourage all employers to bring displays that will fit within the space allocated (table dimensions). To increase the visibility of your company, we suggest you bring promotional items that will attract students to your table.
Partner with CDSE by becoming a sponsor
We invite you to become a partner with CDSE in helping students to reach their fullest potential as future members of the professional workforce. Your sponsorship will fund programs that enhance the awareness, exploration, experience and evaluation of students in their life long career planning:
- Scholarships in recognition of outstanding work ethics and contribution of students who work
- Programs which assist students in connecting education with the world of work
- Equipment and supplies needed for career fairs and other outreach activities
You are welcome to participate in any amount you are comfortable with
- Advisory Board: $1500+
- President: $1000 - $1499
- Director: $500 - $999
- Coordinator: $25 - $499
Sponsors will be recognized on all publications. Sponsors will also receive preferred table assignments.
Registration Fees and Payment:
- Early Bird fee - $50.00 / Regular Fee - $75.00
- An additional table may be purchased for $25.00
(limit one additional table).
- If full payment is not received by January 31st, your reservation will be cancelled.
- Late registrants are not guaranteed a spot and will not be listed on the printed materials.
- You may only request one extra table
We accept payment by check or charge (Visa or Mastercard).
Once you have registered you will be asked to save and print a registration form and send it to the University of Hawai'i Conference Center. If you become a sponsor you will be asked to save and print a sponsorship form. Please mail or fax these forms to the address printed on the form. Your registration is not confirmed until we receive your payment and registration form.
