Student Employee of the Year
Submit your Student and Team Nominations
The nomination process has changed this year. You still need to enter your information online. However, this year we will be accepting the letter of recommendation as a Microsoft Word document. To begin the process of nominating a student or a team, click on one of the links below:
- SEOTY Student Nomination Form
Please make sure that you have your student's employment information, student essay of 500 words or less, and a letter of recommendation in a Microsoft Word document before you submit your student nomination.
- SEOTY Team Nomination Form
Please make sure that you have your student's email address, UH ID Number, Phone Number, and a letter of recommendation in a Microsoft Word document before you submit your team nomination.

Use the Employer Recruitment Schedule to find out about employer information tables and meetings and interviews for experiential and full-time employment (or opportunities) and CDSE career-related events. All UHM students and alumni are encouraged to attend.

Working in the community and university. Federal Work Study is a financial-aid based program that subsidizes a portion of college expenses by offering employment in career or community service positions.
