Resource Library
The resource library contains publications on employment practices, interview skills, resume writing, what to do with your major, and publications from a variety of employers.
Interview Rooms
Here at CDSE we provide four interview rooms that allow employers to conduct interviews at CDSE. Our counselors also use these interview rooms to conduct mock interviews to prepare our students for the real thing. In certain rooms we are able to record the interview through a one-way mirror.
Meeting Room
We also have a meeting room that we make available to employers that are interested in meeting with us to discuss partnerships. If you would like to schedule a meeting with a counselor to discuss a possible partnership send an email to cdse@hawaii.edu

Use the Employer Recruitment Schedule to find out about employer information tables and meetings and interviews for experiential and full-time employment (or opportunities) and CDSE career-related events. All UHM students and alumni are encouraged to attend.

Working in your Major. The Cooperative Education and Internship programs allow you to gain practical real world experience in your major while still in school.
Federal Work Study
Working in the community and university. Federal Work Study is a financial-aid based program that subsidizes a portion of college expenses by offering employ ment in career or community service positions.
